How to make it

  • in small bowl combined cornmeal and cold water add hot water and salt in saucepan when it comes to a boil reduce to low heat
  • allow to simmer 10 minutes or untill thick
  • serve good at breakfast or supper with sugar butter and Milk to desired consistency
  • or with butter and shredded cheese
