5 Layer Guacomole dip

great guac for a party! Made it this week end it it was a hit it looks very appealing when served in a glass dish
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz kernal corn drained shopping list
- 1 15 oz black beans, rinsed and drained shopping list
- 4 ripe avocados shopping list
- 1 jalepeno seeded and minced shopping list
- 1/4 red onion fine chopped shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1, 16 oz sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- drain and rinse corn and then beans separatley and blot dry with paper towel
- Scoop flesh from avocadoes and combine and mash with lime juice, onion and peppers
- Ina a glass serving bowl place half the avocado mix, then layer evenly with corn, then a layer of sour cream then the black beans and then remaining avocado mixture
- Sprinkle with cilantro
- Seve with tortilla chips
