Spreadable Butter

- 1/2 cup salted butter (1 stick) - COLD shopping list
- 1/3 cup canola oil shopping list
How to make it
- Add chilled butter to mixer bowl.
- Whip butter on high for several minutes until smooth and fluffed.
- Reduce mixer speed to medium - medium-high and gradually add in oil.
- Scrape down sides of mixer and whip several minutes more.
- Note consistency is slightly runny immediately after whipping.
- Scrape mixture into container and allow to chill (overnight for best results).
- Tastes and looks just like the expensive "you can spread it straight from the fridge" butters.
- Enjoy!
