How to make it

  • Add chilled butter to mixer bowl.
  • Whip butter on high for several minutes until smooth and fluffed.
  • Reduce mixer speed to medium - medium-high and gradually add in oil.
  • Scrape down sides of mixer and whip several minutes more.
  • Note consistency is slightly runny immediately after whipping.
  • Scrape mixture into container and allow to chill (overnight for best results).
  • Tastes and looks just like the expensive "you can spread it straight from the fridge" butters.
  • Enjoy!
