Chunky Cucumber Salsa

Doesn't Sound Like Cucumbers and Mango's Go Together But This Is A Nice Summer Salsa and My Friends Always Ask for the Recipe, So It Must Be Good! It's Simply Just Light and Naturally Flavorful.
Ingredients
- 3 Medium cucumbers (European Seedless Cukes Work Well Too) Peeled, Seeded and Coarsely Chopped shopping list
- 1 Medium mango Coarsely Chopped shopping list
- 1 Cup frozen corn Thawed shopping list
- 1 Medium Sweet red bell pepper Coarsely Chopped shopping list
- 1 Small red onion Coarsely Chopped shopping list
- 1 jalapeno Seeded and Finely Chopped shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves Minced shopping list
- juice from 1/2 of 1 Large lemon shopping list
- 1/3 Cup Coarsely Chopped cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare As Above and Toss Gently Together and Serve in A Nice Colorful Glass Bowl with Some Lightly Salted Crispy Pita Chips or Tortilla Chips. Is Great Next to Some Grilled Chicken or Fish As Well.
