How to make it

  • Put chocolate chips into a metal bowl on top of a pot of water. Heat the water at medium heat and let the chips melt, stirring as they melt.
  • Once melted, take off heat & stir in butter and condensed milk. Add rum ( a couple of good sloshes ).
  • Stir a lot more ( it gets very thick at this stage ). Put into the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, fill bowls with sprinkles ( can use candy sprinkles, finely ground coffee, or cocoa ).
  • One teaspoon at a time, but a blob of chocolate into your palm, roll into a ball & drop into the sprinkles ( roll around to coat ).
  • Should make about 6 dozen :o)
