Moniques Rum Balls

- 1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 tin of condensed milk shopping list
- 1 tbsp butter shopping list
- over proof rum ( or any alcohol you choose ) shopping list
How to make it
- Put chocolate chips into a metal bowl on top of a pot of water. Heat the water at medium heat and let the chips melt, stirring as they melt.
- Once melted, take off heat & stir in butter and condensed milk. Add rum ( a couple of good sloshes ).
- Stir a lot more ( it gets very thick at this stage ). Put into the freezer for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, fill bowls with sprinkles ( can use candy sprinkles, finely ground coffee, or cocoa ).
- One teaspoon at a time, but a blob of chocolate into your palm, roll into a ball & drop into the sprinkles ( roll around to coat ).
- Should make about 6 dozen :o)
