Christmas Pudding On Spoons

- 30 spoons ( I bought about 10 from a local Asian shop ) shopping list
- 150 ml thickened cream shopping list
- 2 tbsp castor sugar shopping list
- 250 g thick custard, warmed shopping list
- 450 g christmas pudding, heated shopping list
- Handful of flaked almonds, toasted, chopped to decorate shopping list
- Grated orange zest to decorate shopping list
How to make it
- Using an electric mixer, beat the thickened cream and castor sugar together in a bowl until stiff.
- Lay out all of your spoons on serving plates and put a blob of custard on each spoon - be careful not to use too much custard or they will overflow when you add the pudding.
- Take a tsp, scoop out lumps of the hot christmas pudding and drop them on the custard.
- Top with a dollop of the whipped cream.
- Scatter with the flaked almond & grated orange zest.
- Serve warm.
