Lemonade Dessert

- 1 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup packed br. sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup cold butter (cubed) shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/2 gal.vanilla ice cream,(softened) shopping list
- 1 can(12oz.) frozen pink lemonade, thawed shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, combine the flour & brown sugar, cut in butter
- until crumbly. Stir in pecans.
- Spread in a single layer into a greased 15 in x 10 in baking pan
- Bake @ 375 for 9-12 min. or until golden brown.
- Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat ice cream & lemonade until blended.
- Sprinklehalfof the crumbles into a greased 13 in x 9 in dish
- Spread with ice cream mixture; sprinkle with remaining crumbles
- Civer & freeze overnight. Remove from freezer 15 min.
