Artichoke Pie

- 1 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 1 clove garlic,minced shopping list
- 2 (6 oz) cans artichoke hearts,drained shopping list
- 1.2 c Italian sesoned bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese,divided shopping list
- 1 (9") unbaked pie crust shopping list
- 3 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat oil in large skillet over med. heat. Saute garlic until it starts to brown. Stir in the artichoke hearts and cook 10 mins before adding the bread crumbs and half of the Parmesan cheese. When heated through,transfer half of artichoke mixture to pie crust.
- Pour eggs over artichoke mixture and sprinkle in rest of the Parmesan cheese. Spoon rest of artichoke mixture into the pie and top with mozzarella.
- Bake for 45 mins ,or till crust begins to brown.
