Juicy Steak with Feta Topping

Another wonderful grilled steak dish with a feta cheese topping.
Ingredients
- 4 large T-bone,porterhouse or rib eye steaks shopping list
- 1 Tbs kosher salt shopping list
- 1 Tbs ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 c crumbled feta cheese shopping list
- 2 finely sliced scallions shopping list
- 1 Tbs chopped oregano shopping list
How to make it
- Rub steaks with salt,cumin and black pepper. Let rest,covered,at room temperature for 30 mins
- Heat grill to high cook steaks over direct heat 4 to 5 mins per side for med-rare. Let rest 3 to 5 mins.
- Combine 1 c feta with scallions and oregano,sprinkle over steaks before serving.
