    So this has good flavor, and it's healthy. I did have to increase baking time (altitude issues) and it was crumbly out of the oven. Refrigeration helped the texture a lot. I'll make it again, the kids loved it too.

    Looks great, and healthy...no dairy/eggs, whole wheat flour (i use pastry flour - is that what you use?), honey. Can't wait to try it out!

    I just put banana bread into the oven to bake -- what a coincidence to see your recipe on the front page. It looks wonderful and I really appreciate that you used olive oil, wheat flour and honey. I have to confess that mine is full of white sugar and sour cream. I think I'll give your version a try at some point. Great job!
