Lemon Curd Waffles with Blueberry Sauce

Hate hum drums - variety in everything is in my opinion what makes life invigorating and interesting. If you can't DARE TO LIVE IT, then what are you here for? America has plenty of zombies - they've been dummied down, or brain wash by Protestant Churches or Catholic Churches - they talk a bunch of hog wash.
Ingredients
- Ingredients Waffle Batter shopping list
- 4 cups waffle mix shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups water shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 2 teaspoons orange extract shopping list
- Ingredients lemon curd shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar (or more to taste) shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese shopping list
- Ingredients Blueberry Sauce shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons orange juice or water shopping list
- 3 cups blueberries shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch shopping list
How to make it
- Waffle batter:
- Combine mix, milk, water, eggs, vanilla, and orange extract.
- Lemon curd:
- Whisk eggs, sugar, and lemon juice over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Fold in cream cheese.
- Blueberry sauce:
- Dissolve sugar in orange juice or water over medium heat. Add berries and stir. Add cornstarch and bring to a boil.
- Prepare waffles.
- Spread 2 Tablespoons lemon filling on waffles, fold over, and top with blueberry sauce.
