Spicy Seafood Stuffed Portobellos On The Grill

- 2 Portobello mushroom caps shopping list
- 6oz Jumbo lump crab meat shopping list
- 2oz bay scallops chopped shopping list
- 6 - extra large shrimp - chopped shopping list
- 1/2 c italian style bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tb wasabi paste with ginger shopping list
- 1 jalapeno pepper - chopped shopping list
- 1/2 t Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 t oregano shopping list
- 1/2 t basil shopping list
- 1/2 t black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 c monterey pepper jack cheese - divided in half shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat grill to 450 and oil the grates
- In a mixing bowl mix all ingredients together except mushrooms.
- top each mushroom with half of seafood mixture
- top with remaining cheese.
- Grill on indirect heat 10-15 minutes.
- Enjoy!

Sounds delicious but you must get bloody big Portobello mushrooms. However, it will taste just as good if I have to use four mushrooms. RJ
