How to make it
- Squeeze and juice the limes into a bowl, pulp is fine, add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until well blended.
- Place chicken or other protein in a large ziploc bag and pour the marinade over it.
- Seal the bag, turn it all around to get the marinade over all the pieces.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, turning often.
- Cook your protein on the grill, oven, broiler, etc.
- Dispose of the remaining marinade.
