How to make it

  • Squeeze and juice the limes into a bowl, pulp is fine, add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until well blended.
  • Place chicken or other protein in a large ziploc bag and pour the marinade over it.
  • Seal the bag, turn it all around to get the marinade over all the pieces.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, turning often.
  • Cook your protein on the grill, oven, broiler, etc.
  • Dispose of the remaining marinade.

    If you put the limes in the microwave for 15-20 seconds they yield more juice. You can also use 1/3 c of lime juice from a bottle.

    I love using lime, this sounds good. I just wish limes were more consistent with the juice amount in them. I have had a few that yielded very little juice.
