Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix ricotta, parmesan, spring onion, parsley, garlic, basil. Add crème fraîche, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Stuff cannelloni with the mixture.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  • Butter a baking dish and place stuffed cannelloni in it.
  • Cover with tomato sauce and pieces of mozzarella.
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
  • ENJOY!
