How to make it

  • Brown meat in skillet, drain
  • Combine remaining ingredients in large slow cooker and add browned meat.
  • Slow cook for 4 hrs minimum with lid, stirring occasionally
  • Makes 8 to 10 bowls
  • Top with shredded Cheddar and Jack cheese
  • Serve with:warm corn tortillas and butter and/or tortilla chips
  • Lots of Beer, Shiner Bock, Tecate, etc.
