How to make it
- Preheat over per directions on biscuit tube.
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking oil.
- If using regular sized muffin tins, split each raw bisuit in half horizontally.
- Lay one half in bottom of each muffin cup.
- If using jumbo sized muffin tins, put one whole biscuit in the bottom of the tin.
- Form the biscuit dough so it covers the bottom and sides of the muffin cup.
- Mix together your filling ingrediants and warm them up in the microwave.
- You want them to be warm but not hot.
- Spoon filling mix inside the cup of dough that you formed.
- Place the lid of dough over the top pinching the sides together.
- For the regular sized muffins this would be the other half of the biscuit.
- For the jumbos you can use another whole biscuit.
- Bake per biscuit directions,
- may require a few extra minutes to heat through to the center of the filling.
- When there is only a few minutes of cooking time left, sprinkle more grated cheese over the top.
- Eat hot, take cold for lunch at school or work, or reheat for breakfast the next day!
