How to make it

  • FILLING
  • Stew apple and prunes until apples are semi soft (3 mins)
  • 3 tablespoons fruity berry soy yogurt (or your choice)
  • PANCAKE
  • Pour mixture into hot frying pan
  • Put lid on so top gets firm bubbles and is half cooked.
  • Turn pancake over after bottom is golden brown 3 mins
  • Cook for a further 2 minutes.
  • Place the fruit filling onto the whole pancake.
  • Place the yogurt onto 1/2 of the pancake.
  • Fold in half.
  • Sprinkle icing sugar on top and serve. Enjoy:)
