No Sugar, No Flour, No Eggs, Banana Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

- 3 large bananas, mashed shopping list
- 2 cup rolled oats, (or gluten-free rolled oats) shopping list
- 1/2 cup seedless raisins or Craisins shopping list
- 1/3 cup margarine, melted shopping list
- 1/4 cup fat free milk or soy milk shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- 1 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2 Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl and let stand for 5 minutes so that the oats will absorb excess moisture.
- 3 Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute on baking sheets and then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
