How to make it

  • beat cream cheese and sugar fluffly
  • beat in lemonade concentrate and condensed milk
  • Blend in 1/2 of the whipped topping
  • pour into pie shell
  • garnish with remaining whipped topping and lemon peel
  • Chill until set, several hours or overnight
  • This is smooth creamey and great after a barbecue meal
