How to make it
- Preheat ovent to 350 degrees F.
- In 12-inch skillet melt butter over medium high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
- Heat the Canadian bacon or ham in the same skillet.
- Arrange the 4 croissant halves on a baking sheet.
- Top with bacon, onion and cheese.
- Bake for 2 minutes until cheese is slightly melted
- Top with remaining croissant halves and serve hot.
