How to make it

  • Trim stems of broccolini and place 4 to 5-inch stalks into skillet
  • Cover with water, put on cover and bring to a boil
  • Add salt and reduce heat
  • Simmer broccolini for 6 to 7 minutes until tender and bright green
  • Drain the broccolini
  • Return skillet to stovetop at medium heat
  • Add oil, and then garlic. Cook garlic for 2-3 minutes
  • Add broccolini to pan and cover in garlic.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
