How to make it

  • Brown roast in pot or stovetop
  • Place roast and remaining ingrdients in a large crockpot
  • Cook low 8 hours or until meat is fork tender and beans tender
  • Fork shred beef
  • Serve with tortillas

    Delicious. I cut this in half. I found some chuck short ribs and used those in stead of a roast. I put a quart of water in the crock pot at first but had to add two other cups later on. I'd recommend checking the water as I don't know that two quarts would be enough for the whole recipes. Mine took seven hours but I cooked it on high for an hour. Added to IMI on 2/7/16
