How to make it

  • Put meat in whole and then add all ingredients
  • Mix well to incorporate flavors
  • Cover and cook on high for about 4 hours
  • Lower to low for 3-4 hours more till meat falls apart
  • Break up meat and return to pot and mix
  • Serve on buns or by it self
