How to make it

  • Combine the garlic, tahini, orange juice, lemon juice, zatar, parsley, green onions, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Fry the cauliflower pieces until brown and crispy.
  • Place the cauliflower on a serving platter, pour the sauce over and garnish liberally with sesame seeds.
  • Serve and enjoy.
