Lebanese Cauliflower With Tahini Sauce

- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into serving size pieces shopping list
- 2 T good olive oil shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed fine shopping list
- 1 cup tahini shopping list
- 1 cup cup orange juice shopping list
- Juice of 1/2 lemon shopping list
- 1/2 t Zatar spice blend shopping list
- About 1/4 cup fresh parsley, snipped fine shopping list
- 2 green onions, snipped fine shopping list
- 1T sesame oil shopping list
- 1-3 T sesame seeds, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the garlic, tahini, orange juice, lemon juice, zatar, parsley, green onions, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Fry the cauliflower pieces until brown and crispy.
- Place the cauliflower on a serving platter, pour the sauce over and garnish liberally with sesame seeds.
- Serve and enjoy.
