How to make it

  • Chop the liver and onions. Cut the tomatoes finely.
  • Mix these in a microwave safe deep pan --> oil, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, onions and tomatoes. Keep it in the oven for 7 minutes.
  • Add the liver, soy sauce and ginger-garlic paste to it. Keep it in the oven for 3 minutes.
  • Now add one and a half cups of water and salt and again microwave for 7 minutes.
  • Add lime juice and pepper powder before serving.
  • Standing time - 2 minutes (for the lime juice to settle)

    Nice recipe Aravi: Sorry mate, but going to have to use beef liver. I know the mutton liver has a different taste but no way I'll get that here. Good flavor combo though. RJ
