- 8 oz. Linguine shopping list
- 8 oz. Chicken Breast shopping list
- 3 oz. Marinated Artichokes shopping list
- 4 oz. Quartered Mushrooms shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons Capers shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic shopping list
- 1/4 Cup Julienne Basil shopping list
- 5 oz. Crumbled Feta shopping list
- 2 cups Heavy Cream shopping list
- 3 oz. Olive Oil shopping list
- Salt and Pepper to taste shopping list
- Bottle of Italian Dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate your chicken breast in a good Italian dressing for about 5 hours. When this time is up, start cooking your linguine a la dente for about 8 minutes, then cool and set a side
- . Char broil chicken breast and cook thoroughly but don't over cook. Save the stock or liquid from the plate and slice chicken into 1/2 oz. pieces.
- Next, add olive oil to a large sauté pan, and heat\
- Add mushrooms and garlic until well cooked.
- Add pasta, chicken stocks, and cream to this pan and reduce heat, mixing well.
- Now, bring your heat back up to high and add artichokes, capers, tomatoes, fresh basil and sliced chicken, and stir well.
- Finally, add 3 oz. feta cheese making and salt and pepper to taste, but be sure to not scorch anything.
