Ingredients

1/2 cup whipping cream

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 cup sour cream

18 to 24 purchased large soft oatmeal cookies

Honey

Directions

In a small chilled bowl combine whipping cream and the 2 tablespoons of honey.

Beat with chilled beaters of a electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form.

Fold in sour cream.

To serve, lay one oatmeal cookie on each of 8 dessert plates.

Top with a spoonful of whipped cream mixture.

Top with another cookie and another layer of topping.

Its pretty if you make 3 layers.

Drizzle with additional honey.

Can garnish with edible flower petals or sugared flower petals..
