How to make it

  • 1. Halve jalapenos and remove the white pith and seeds(the more pith the spicier the popper), and cut the g. onion into 1 inch slices.
  • 2. Fill jalapeno halves with cheese, put the shrimp and g.onion on cheese and wrap the popper with the bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3. Heat a pan to medium-high, and sear the bacon. Brush with BBQ and bake at 375 til shrimp is done. OR cook on a grill and brush wth BBQ right before they are done.
