This is really easy to make and freezes well. So you can make them ahead.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausages (hot or mild)
- 8 ounces Cheddar cheese
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 3/4 cup water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Form into balls.
- Bake ar 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until done.

My mom used to make these for every party she had, I LOVE them! you can make a huge amount bake and freeze so you just have to heat them up if company surprises you!
