- 8 OZ. PACKAGE ARTIFICIAL crabmeat shopping list
- 1 CAN cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1 SMALL SHALLOT- MINCED shopping list
- 4 OZ SHARP CHEDDAR GRATED shopping list
- PACKAGE 12 tortillas (SMALL) shopping list
- butter flavorED SPRAY(OR VEG, CANOLA, olive oil) shopping list
- OPTIONAL--salsa, sour cream, green onion---BE CREATIVE! shopping list
How to make it
- DICE FINE THE CRABMEAT INTO A MEDIUM BOWL. MINCE AND ADD THE SHALLOT. GRATE THE 4 OZ CHEDDAR AND ADD. FINALLY, MIX WELL THE SOUP AND CRABMEAT MIXTURE.
- SPRAY ONE SIDE OF A TORTILLA WITH THE FLAVORED SPRAY. PLACE IN PAN ON MED HEAT. SPREAD 2-3 TBLS OF MIXTURE OVER TORTILLA. COVER WITH SECOND TORTILLA AND SPRAY THE TOP. LIGHTLY BROWN TORTILLA(ABOUT 2 MINUTES) AND TURN OVER TO BROWN THE OTHER SIDE.
- TRANSFER TO A PLATE AND CUT INTO 4 PIECES.
- TOP WITH OPTIONAL SALSA OR SOUR CREAM AND CHOPPED GREEN ONION.

WOW, this looks awesome and I would have never thought. I use artificial crab all the time and now I have an excellent quesidillas recipe for it. Thank you for sharing this recipe and HIGH 5!!!
