Home-made Spicy Chili Recipe

Home-made Spicy Chili Recipe
This is a spicy, non greasy chili with many vegetables and has a warm, pleasant flavour. This recipe assumes a large (about 3 quarts) slow cooker, but can be halved without any problems.
