Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes

1/2 stick butter - melted

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of nutmeg

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

Topping:

1/2 stick butter - melted

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup flower

1 cup pecans - chopped

Directions

Mix top ingredients and put in casserole dish. Mix bottom ingredients and spread on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. If you wish, you can top with mini marshmallows. Sprinkle some on top the last 10 minutes. Monitor closely so as not to overcook marshmallows.
