Sweet Potato Casserole

A side dish that almost works as a dessert.
Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter - melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- Pinch of nutmeg shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter - melted shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup flower shopping list
- 1 cup pecans - chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Mix top ingredients and put in casserole dish. Mix bottom ingredients and spread on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. If you wish, you can top with mini marshmallows. Sprinkle some on top the last 10 minutes. Monitor closely so as not to overcook marshmallows.

This is the exact recipe I have used many times, except for the cinnamon and nutmeg, I've never tried it with those.
