Jens Parmesean Zucchini

I have a garden with lots of zucchini, so I thought this recipe up and served it. My picky hubby loves it.
Ingredients
- 2-4 Zucchini- chopped (I seed mine) and quartered shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 2-3 tbsp of powdered Parmesean cheese (green can) shopping list
- 1/2 olive oil shopping list
- garlic powder- to your discression shopping list
- Non stick cooking spray shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, place all ingredients and mix well. Spray 9 x13 casserole dish with nonstick spray. Pour mixture in evenly and bake for 30-45 minutes. Yummy stuff...Enjoy!!
