Cherry Coffee Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • cream margarine and sugar.
  • add eggs, one at a time
  • add vanilla
  • sift together..flour, baking powder,& salt.
  • add to creamed mixture
  • spread 2/3 of mixture into greased 10 x 15 jelly roll pan
  • cover with pie filling, spoon remaining 1/3 of batter on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
  • Glaze
  • mix all ingredients and drizzle over warm cake
