How to make it

  • In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, sugar and butter. Press firmly onto the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon half of the mixture into another bowl and set aside. Dissolve coffee in hot water, fold into remaining cream cheese mixture. Add melted chocolate.
  • In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 5 min. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved. Divide into two parts and add into chocolate and non-chocolate mixture, mix well.
  • Spoon half of chocolate mixture over crust. Top with half of the reserved non-chocolate mixture. Repeat layers. Cut through layers with a knife to swirl the chocolate. freeze until set.
