- Crust: shopping list
- 120 g chocolate cookies, crushed shopping list
- 2 tbs sugar shopping list
- 50 g melted butter shopping list
- Torte: shopping list
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla sugar shopping list
- 250 ml cream 35%, whipped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules or 4-5 tbs very strongly brewed coffee shopping list
- 70 g chocolate (70%), melted shopping list
- 1 package gelatin shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, sugar and butter. Press firmly onto the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon half of the mixture into another bowl and set aside. Dissolve coffee in hot water, fold into remaining cream cheese mixture. Add melted chocolate.
- In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 5 min. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved. Divide into two parts and add into chocolate and non-chocolate mixture, mix well.
- Spoon half of chocolate mixture over crust. Top with half of the reserved non-chocolate mixture. Repeat layers. Cut through layers with a knife to swirl the chocolate. freeze until set.
