Rocky Road Brownies

- 1/2 cup (1/4 lb) butter shopping list
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- In a 2 to 3 quart pan over low heat, frequently stir the butter and chocolate until melted and smooth.
- Remove from the heat
- Stir in the sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, and marshmallows until well blended
- Spread the batter evenly in a buttered and floured 8-inch square baking pan.
- Sprinkle the top evenly with the walnuts
- Bake at 350 F oven until deep brown, about 30-35 minutes
- Run a knife between the pan rim and the brownies
- Let cool in the pan on a wire rack, about one hour
- Cut into 9 to 16 brownies depending on the desired size
