Cheesy, Oniony Cornbread

This cornbread has a lot of flavors , and textures.
Ingredients
- 4 T margarine shopping list
- 1 large spanish onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- 3/4 C sour cream shopping list
- 1 C cheddar cheese, shredded, divided shopping list
- 1 pkg cornbread mix shopping list
- 8 oz can cream-style corn shopping list
- 1/3 C milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
How to make it
- saute onion in margarine till tender
- add sour cream and 1/2 C cheese, mix
- blend together: cornbread mix ,corn, milk, egg.
- spread into greased 9 inch sq pan
- spread onion mixture over cornbread.
- sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- bake 425 degrees 35-40 min
