Cheesy, Oniony Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • saute onion in margarine till tender
  • add sour cream and 1/2 C cheese, mix
  • blend together: cornbread mix ,corn, milk, egg.
  • spread into greased 9 inch sq pan
  • spread onion mixture over cornbread.
  • sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • bake 425 degrees 35-40 min
