How to make it

  • Arrange broccolini in oven safe casserole dish or single serve dishes, to cover bottom of pan.
  • Add onion and tomatoes See Photo
  • Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper
  • Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley and a lil more salt and pepper in small bowl.
  • Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over veggies then drizzle with melted butter See Photo
  • Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes until broccolini is tender and bread crumbs are golden brown and crispy.

    Garlic powder? Ah geee whizzz. Such a nice, fresh, well balanced dish and I should use bitter, pungent garlic powder? I’ll for sure make this but I ain’t goin to the store to buy garlic powder. I am crushed. Well, I had to give you heaps about somethin. A great post, iffin I can use fresh garlic. Expecting your reply I shall don my flack vest. RJ
