How to make it

  • 1. Mix sour cream and flour and set aside.
  • 2. Brown ground beef in large skillet; add onions, garlic and mushrooms and saute until onion is golden brown.
  • 3. Place beef mixture in Crock-Pot and stir in salt, pepper, bouillon, tomato paste, and sour cream-flour mixture.
  • 4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • 5. Serve over hot buttered noodles or rice.
