  • COOK ONIONS AND CUCUMBERS IN THE VINEGAR UNTIL COOKED (SOFT)
  • ADD SALT AND SUGAR TO CUCUMBER MIX
  • MIX MAZINA, CURRY AND MUSTARD WITH A BIT OF WATER AND ADD TO CUCUMBER MIX
  • BRING TO BOIL AGAIN AND THICKENED
  • BOTTLE IN STERILIZED BOTTLES
  • ENJOY :)

    What an interesting combo, my dear. I kept waiting for the ginger to show up but then it doesn't need ginger. This is sorta like a relish and should be great. Thanks for the post. RJ
