- 1/3 cup butter shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 4 large eggs shopping list
- Lemon Juice & Powdered Sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Place butter in a 10” cast iron skillet and set in a 425ºF oven to melt butter.
- Pour eggs in a blender. Mix on high for 1 minute. Add milk and mix again 1 minute. Gradually add flour and mix for 1 minute.
- Remove the pan from the oven and pour the batter into the melted butter. Return pan to oven immediately and bake 20 minutes or until puffy. Sprinkle with lemon juice and then dust with a generous coating of sifted powdered sugar.
