  • KNEWAD FOR A MINUTE THEN SET ASIDE TO REST FOR 10 MINUTES
  • ROLL SMALL PIECES OF DOUGH INTO 10X10CM SIZED SQUARES
  • MIX ALL THE FILLING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
  • TOP ONE HALF OF EACH SQUARE OF DOUGH WITH A GENEROUS DOLLOP OF FILLING
  • BRUSH EDGES OF DOUGH WITH WATER AND FOLD TO ENCLOSE FILLING
  • CRIMP WITH A FORK TO SEAL
  • HEAT 2CM OIL IN A PAN AND FRY PASTRIES UNTIL GOLDEN ALL OVER
  • DRAIN ON KITCHEN PAPER AND SERVE WARM
  • I SERVE IT WITH SWEET CHILLI SAUCE MOST OF THE TIME
  • ENJOY :)
