- 300 G flour shopping list
- 5 ML salt shopping list
- 30 ML VEG oil shopping list
- 15 ML CACHACA OR vodka (OPTIONAL - BUT I LIKE IT hehehehe) shopping list
- 15 ML white wine vinegar shopping list
- 125 ML water shopping list
- FILLING shopping list
- 205 G tomato & onion MIX (CAN) shopping list
- 15 ML brown sugar shopping list
- 15 ML balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 15 ML oregano, CHOPPED shopping list
- 10 ML CRUSHED garlic (DRIED) OR 1-2 cloves garlic CRUSHED shopping list
- 250 ML GRATED CHEDDAR (I USE MOZZARELLA INSTEAD) shopping list
How to make it
- MIX ALL THE PASTRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
- KNEWAD FOR A MINUTE THEN SET ASIDE TO REST FOR 10 MINUTES
- ROLL SMALL PIECES OF DOUGH INTO 10X10CM SIZED SQUARES
- MIX ALL THE FILLING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
- TOP ONE HALF OF EACH SQUARE OF DOUGH WITH A GENEROUS DOLLOP OF FILLING
- BRUSH EDGES OF DOUGH WITH WATER AND FOLD TO ENCLOSE FILLING
- CRIMP WITH A FORK TO SEAL
- HEAT 2CM OIL IN A PAN AND FRY PASTRIES UNTIL GOLDEN ALL OVER
- DRAIN ON KITCHEN PAPER AND SERVE WARM
- I SERVE IT WITH SWEET CHILLI SAUCE MOST OF THE TIME
