Sausage Bake

- 2 cans (12 oz each) low fat evaporated milk shopping list
- 9 large eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs bulk Italian sausage (or removed from casings), cooked, drained and crumbled shopping list
- 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 red pepper, chopped shopping list
- 4 green onions, sliced, green parts only shopping list
- 2 tsp onion flakes shopping list
- 1 tbsp garlic powder shopping list
- 2/3 loaf French bread, torn into 1/2 inch chunks shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 F and spray 9 x 13 baking dish liberally with nonstick spray.
- Combine all ingredients except bread and mix well.
- Stir in bread chunks and stir gently to moisten.
- Pour into baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until set.
- Serve warm.
