How to make it

  • MELT BUTTER IN A SAUCEPAN
  • ADD FLOUR AND COOK FOR A MINUTE
  • GRADUALLY ADD HOT MILK, STIRRING UNTIL SAUCE THICKENS
  • ADD WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, CHIVES, BEEF AND SEASONING
  • POUR MIXTURE ONTO A BAKING SHEET AND ALLOW TO COOL
  • ROLL TABLESPOOONFULS OF COLD MIXTURE INTO BALLS
  • DUST BALLS IN FLOUR, DIP IN EGG AND COAT IN BREADCRUMBS
  • PUT IN FRIDGE FOR 30 MINUTES TO SET
  • HEAT 4 CM OIL IN A PAN AND FRY BALLS IN BATCHES UNTIL GOLDEN
  • DRAIN ON KITCHEN PAPER
  • SERVE WITH MUSTARD
  • ENJOY :)
