Turtle Cheesecake

- Crust: shopping list
- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter shopping list
- 1/4 c. sugar shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 c. sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 4 Tbsp. flour shopping list
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/3 c. caramel candy cut into quarters (or use butterscotch chips) shopping list
- 1/4 c. toasted pecans (coarsely chopped) shopping list
How to make it
- Crust:
- Mix all ingredients, blend it well.
- Press into prepared greased springforn pan and freeze for an hour.
- Filling:
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after addition.
- Fold in chocolate chips, caramel and nuts.
- Pour over frozen crust.
- Bake in pre-heated oven (350 deg.) for 35 - 40 min. or until the top is lightly brown and center has slight jigle to it.
- For Decoration:
- While the pie is still hot, great chocolate chunks on top of entire pie, and let it melt. Cool in the fridge overnight before serving.
