How to make it

  • Crust:
  • Mix all ingredients, blend it well.
  • Press into prepared greased springforn pan and freeze for an hour.
  • Filling:
  • In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar.
  • Add eggs, one at a time, beating after addition.
  • Fold in chocolate chips, caramel and nuts.
  • Pour over frozen crust.
  • Bake in pre-heated oven (350 deg.) for 35 - 40 min. or until the top is lightly brown and center has slight jigle to it.
  • For Decoration:
  • While the pie is still hot, great chocolate chunks on top of entire pie, and let it melt. Cool in the fridge overnight before serving.
