How to make it

  • Slice the squash and parboil about 10-15 minutes, drain
  • Add 2 beaten eggs
  • milk, onion, splenda and butter
  • Pour into a casserole dish, top with cheese and then add the crushed crackers.
  • Oven at 350 for about 25 minutes
