How to make it

  • Directions:
  • Cook jasmine Rice
  • Wash your hands very well; you will be using it fully
  • Cut tomato, tofu, avocado into medium sized cubes (making sure that the avocado won’t get mushed)
  • Place gently in a bowl
  • Cut Cilantro and parsley into flake size bits and garnish on top of the vegetables
  • Add salt and pepper for taste
  • Squeeze fresh lemon on top
  • Gently use your hands to combine and place in refrigerator for cooling
  • Garlic Rice:
  • Sauté fresh chopped garlic in olive oil
  • Add fresh corn
  • Add mini chopped fresh ginger for taste and health
  • Cook until corn is not raw
  • Turn off immediately
  • Add the freshly cooked rice and gently mix
  • Add olive oil for flavor
  • Serve the Tofucado on a lettuce leaf for nice presentation :)
  • Enjoy!
