How to make it

  • Bring water to a boil and add all the "to be cooked ingredients cut in chunks and cook until decently soft for blending.
  • While the above cooks, dice up the raw ingriendients to smaller pieces.
  • Blend the hot cooked vegetable chunks to a puree
  • slowly add the raw ingredients and the milk and blend it well. Once all is blended well bring the soup to a gentle simmer and add olive oil flax seeds and desired spices.
  • Spices I used:
  • Cumin
  • Natural sea salt
  • Pepper
  • Enjoy !

    substitute for taro root would be Casava root or sweet potato :)
