- 1/2 butternut squash shopping list
- 1 leek shopping list
- 2 carrots shopping list
- 1/2 yam shopping list
- 1/2 kolerabi shopping list
- 1/2 Taro root shopping list
- Raw Ingredients shopping list
- 1/2 garlic head shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh basil shopping list
- 2 scallions shopping list
- 1/2 cup of all spice leaves shopping list
- 1 green squash shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 cup oat milk (any other OK) shopping list
- 3 table spoons flax seeds shopping list
- Garnish ingredients: shopping list
- 1 cup of whole wheat pasta shopping list

How to make it
- Bring water to a boil and add all the "to be cooked ingredients cut in chunks and cook until decently soft for blending.
- While the above cooks, dice up the raw ingriendients to smaller pieces.
- Blend the hot cooked vegetable chunks to a puree
- slowly add the raw ingredients and the milk and blend it well. Once all is blended well bring the soup to a gentle simmer and add olive oil flax seeds and desired spices.
- Spices I used:
- Cumin
- Natural sea salt
- Pepper
