How to make it

  • Very simple:
  • mix all dry ingredients in large bowl,
  • add wet to dry,
  • fold blue berries in carefully so you don't pop and mush them.
  • Make sure it's all combined but not over mixed.
  • Add batter to a basic loaf pan that is sprayed with oil.
  • Bake at 325 for 1 hr. and 10 min.
  • Stick tooth pick in center of loaf to check doneness.
  • Let cool just enough to handle and serve warm with butter spread on top if you like or just eat as is :D
  • Can keep up to a week in a storage baggy out of the fridge (if it lasts that long :P)
