How to make it

  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large non-stick skillet. Add 1 tablespoon garlic and the langostino, saute until the langostino are pink and just cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • Add the remaining oil to the pan; add the onions and saute for 5 minutes, or until the onions are soft. Add the remaining garlic, basil, oregano and red pepper flakes, saute 2 minutes. Add the tomato paste and wine, cook until reduced by half. Add the crushed tomatoes and cook 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Add the langostino and simmer until heated through. Serve over pasta.
